About this Cat
Tibert is an outgoing white and gray boy, who had his “forever” home twice but through no fault of his own is searching for a new home for himself and his bonded sister, Teazle.
They were born 12/31/17, are both altered, microchipped and up to date on shots. Both are short haired.
Tibert was homed as a kitten to someone who was going to keep him forever. Instead, he ended up wandering the streets of Anchorage. Someone took him to Anchorage Animal Control, who traced his microchip back to his adoptive people and ACAT. While his adopters were unresponsive to his plight, his former foster caregiver swooped in to rescue him again.
Tibert rejoined his sister in the foster home and the tight bond they had before Tibert’s adoption was instantly restored. The two have been almost inseparable ever since.
Last fall, an adopter was moved by their plight and their stunning looks, and adopted the brother-sister combo. That should have been their new happy ending, but allergies cut that fairytale short.
Tibert, with stunning emerald-green eyes, is the leader. Social, lovable and playful, he infuses confidence into his sister. He’s also a certifiable chow hound. Teazle is the quiet one. This blue-eyed girl is adorable, inquisitive, talkative, tentative and playful.
Together, they make a great duo, and will be homed together at a special price.
