About this Cat

Ashton is a gorgeous, black, medium-haired boy with beautiful gold eyes.  He was born May 8, 2017, and really wants a home of his own to run around.  He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all shots.

Ashton is very comfortable playing with other cats and kittens, so he would be fine in a home where he will have playmates and cat trees he can run up at full speed.  Ash has been around dogs, but he’s not overly fond of them. Ash recently moved to a new foster home where he is the only cat, and this has given him the opportunity to realize he loves attention from humans. Now that Ash is the kitty king of his foster home his cattitude is really starting to shine. He is like a slinky, kind of ferret-like and likes to roll around.

Likes: sitting in the window, playing with his string toys, soft food, licking his foster dad’s very ticklish feet. Dislikes: when his foster mom tries to do her homework instead of paying attention to him, being closed out of the bedroom, fast unexpected movements.

Ashton has amazingly glossy fur, and a long, long tail. He also has a very odd “meow.” It is not even a meow or even a truncated “mew.” It’s very quiet and dainty.
