ACAT’s new website works on mobile devices

Thanks to a generous benefactor, ACAT has a newly designed website that also works well on mobile devices.

One of the chief complaints of ACAT’s old website was it displayed poorly on mobile phones and tablets. ACAT’s board discussed applying for grants to fund a website redesign, but that would take time. One of ACAT’s generous donors stepped up and offered to pay the cost of having the site redone.

Shelly Murphy, an Alaskan doing business as Cherryland Online Design, redesigned and updated the website, with an emphasis on ease of browsing, visual appeal, and easy maintenance and updates, which are done by an ACAT volunteer.

We hope the result is an eye-catching, very functional site, whether you are viewing the website on your computer or handheld device. We’d love to hear your comments.
